These are demos

Every shop runs Stripe in test mode: nobody is ever charged. The payment step lists the test card numbers to use. Demo data resets nightly; accounts and orders are ephemeral. Newsletter signups are real and carry real double opt-in with a manage or unsubscribe link in every email.
